Covid-19 Notification

The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis, which are impacting the ability of EASY2GO to meet our high standards of service. EASY2GO will continue operating as such restrictions and regulations allow, but we may not be able to meet the published delivery times for some of our products, due to events beyond our control. We are grateful to our customers for their patience and support during this time, and our teams are doing everything they can to ensure we continue to deliver for you all in these challenging times.

*Self-delivery service


Due to take effect level5 restrictions, the EASY2GO warehouse will suspend the self-delivery service from October 21st to December 2nd. Customers can send the package to the collection point or choose to be collected by easy2go driver.


*Pick-up service

Pick-up time from Monday to Friday, the specific time will be slightly adjusted. Customer service will be notified separately, if there may be a delay in picking up the goods.


*Empolyees

The company strictly follows HSE's instructions for wearing masks and/or gloves. Drivers are required to wear masks and gloves when picking up and delivering goods. We follow all HSE’s recommendations, and we are committed to respond to the call for cohesion and solidarity to prevent the spread of the disease.
